STAGING
When your items arrive at our facility, the shipment is checked
for visible damage. If there is exterior damage, we contact the carrier to arrange an
inspection. We then forward you all required paperwork to file a freight claim if
necessary. Upon request, shipping containers may be opened and the contents inspected
for concealed damage.
A warehouse receiving report is completed for each shipment accepted at our
facility. This report along with the pack slip and freight bill are provided for your
records.
Whether for viewing, assembly, sorting, kitting or delivery preparation, access to your
items can be arranged through your NDS account manager at any time.
All items remain in our fully staffed and secure warehouse until you request
delivery or arrange for pick up. |
